An Update on Deco Base

We started Deco Base with a clear mission: to use AI to automate the complex, manual work of real estate development. Our goal was to transform messy CRE documents into actionable insights, helping our clients underwrite better and move faster. While we are proud of the platform we built, we have made the difficult decision to sunset the project. Ultimately, we found that we couldn't effectively bridge the gap between current AI capabilities and the high-stakes, end-to-end automation that real estate development requires to be truly transformative.

To ensure a smooth transition, we have already coordinated individual transition plans with our key clients to support their ongoing projects. For all other users, Deco Base will no longer support the addition of new data or project uploads effective immediately. However, you will maintain the ability to log in and export your existing data through March 31st, 2026. We are incredibly grateful for the trust you placed in us and for the opportunity to have played a part in your development journey. Thank you for your support and for being a part of this chapter.
